I'm an Australian based Writer, Actor, Filmmaker and Teacher with an infinite love for the creative industries.​ A West Coast girl with enough of an Italian/British upbringing to still be confused by an Australian Christmas menu.

 

I am interested in pursuing provocative storytelling within genre hybrid film or TV formats on an international scale. I aim to develop character driven stories that engage with audiences seeking relatability, authenticity and representation on screen.

Originally from regional Western Australia, I'm a trained screen and stage actress in addition to my work as an Arts Educator and Filmmaker. My educational pursuits include a Double Degree in Contemporary Performance (WAAPA/ECU) a Graduate Diploma in Education (Drama/Visual Arts specialisation) and Post Graduate qualifications in Arts Management/Curatorial studies. I'm currently completing a Masters in Screenwriting at the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS). My education specialities include Screen Acting, Theatresports, Devising, Writing and Physical Theatre/Dance in addition to Drama and Communication skills (Trinity College of London/ASCA).

Most recently I have worked on Damien Giglietta’s (88 to 1 Productions, Six Placed Pictures) latest feature film 'Mercy of Others' as Producer, Production Designer and Acting Coach. In 2021 I acted in my first feature 'Misplaced' by James Demitri, starring Matt Levett. My love for filmmaking has seen me expand into the roles of Director, Writer and Producer while acting in the smartphone short film, 'Packet-Mix' (2021). This was accepted into various festivals. I am currently in post-production of science-fiction short film 'Last Request'. My latest writing credits include the short film 'Ally' (2023) a proof of concept for my science fiction drama film 'Vestige', the short film musical 'Interlude' and the musical drama 'Southbound Sisters'. These long form projects will be completed as part of my Masters degree and alongside my exegesis on collaboration and interdisciplinary input in genre screenplay development.
